The foursided planer is the obvious, most cost effective and safest answer for most carpentry workshops that need a regular supply of linear timber, in one pass it is possible to produce uniformly dimensioned planed timber ready for further machining. The CPF23/5 has a fifth spindle fitted (cutter block not included) to allow a single moulding process to be carried out at the same time as dimensioning the timber. This machine is able to accommodate timbers up to 230mm wide and 120 mm thick. A very valuable piece of equipment in the modern production workshop where speed and safety are paramount.
